PennyWise Resale Centers
The Fort Bend County Women's Center's PennyWise Resale Centers create revenue to support the Center's client programs by offering donated goods to the public at low prices. They also afford Center clients and their children an opportunity to find free clothing, furniture, and other household items, major necessities in establishing a household independent of their batterers when they leave the shelter. Items available at PennyWise locations include furniture for home and office, computers and electronics, bikes, sporting goods, jewelry, and clothing, including everything from jeans to wedding gowns. Donations are received Monday through Saturday until 4 p.m.
Volunteer positions are always available at the Thrift Store. Please call the Volunteer Information Line at (281) 494-4545 ext. 409.
